If You Feel Different You Drive Different

New Castle United for Youth is pleased to partner again with the Greeley PTA in bringing the Greeley Student and Parent Safe Driver Information program to our community. On Tuesday, March 6, at 7 pm in the Greeley auditorium, an audience made up of new and future student drivers and their parents will meet and hear from local resources about student driver safety. NCUFY Coalition members New Castle Police Detective Kevin Watts and Greeley Student Assistance Counselor Carolyn D’Agostino will be joined by a representative from PAS Auto School to cover important driver safety topics. For more information about the evening, view the safe driver event flyer.

NCUFY representatives will also be present in the lobby with some giveaways featuring a tag line we hope all drivers will remember – If You Feel Different You Drive Different. The privilege of operating a motor vehicle comes with important responsibilities – teenage and adult drivers alike should be aware of activities which may impair their ability to drive safely including distractions like cell phones as well as substance use. For more information about the impact of alcohol and marijuana use on driving and New York State laws on impaired driving, visit our website’s Teens, Substances and Driving page.
